CV

I am a Critical Fashion Practices MA graduate from ArtEZ University of the Arts, working on a practice-based research project exploring the intersections of garments as absorbent materials at the margins of the body, and grief as a muscle within it.

Together with my friends, I run Clothes Press, a small press founded on connecting fashion practitioners and bookmakers with readers
interested in forging deeper entanglements with everyday practices.

My fascination for memory-making and holding spaces extends into the books we read. I host Marginalia Book Club, a workshop-based book club interested in the page margin as an alternative spatial dimension for readers to meet, spontaneous conversations to happen and informal knowledge exchanges to occur.

Before moving to the Netherlands in 2023, I worked in the secondhand fashion industry in London and Singapore, reporting and producing educational resources for sustainable fashion organisations like Fashion Revolution Singapore. She used to run @noordinaryprotest, which now acts as a personal research-as-activism archive.

This website serves as a loading bay to hold past and present work I have been working on. Ideas overlap, thoughts intertwine and emotions run wild in an attempt to categorise the work into various titles. I fail, naturally.
