d. Scores of a grey hair
‘Scores of a grey hair’ is an installation and public reading of the documentations of a grieving ritual. This ritual involved a daily convening with my grief-garment (a purple lambswool cardigan that belonged to my late grandmother) and the grey hairs that remained on its surface. Each time I practiced the ritual, I recorded my thoughts, sensations and silences on paper. Performing Scores of a grey hair served as an externalisation of this grief, a desire to speak pain and loss into existence. In a black box, powered by tears, sweat and heat, I read aloud these private documentations I have held in my chest.

Currently, I am working on consolidating a score that centres the practice of grieving with a grief-garment.
